responsive staff friendly staff quieter location narrow beds noisy air conditioning lift breakdown

the room was not large but was larger than i expected. the staff were responsive and friendly. it was a nice location, quieter than other parts of town.

The room was very small. Two narrow beds, and a small space between them. the air conditioning unit was NOISY. the main problem i experienced was repeated breakdown of the lift.

great location friendly staff no breakfast bad elevator

The place has a great location. It was easy to get around and near all the museums. Staff was helpful and friendly when I ask for help.

There was no breakfast. The elevator did not work great. I did not liked that there was not much to do at the place itself.

The location was decent, close to the park.

The room I got was disappointing. The TV didn't have any channels, requiring me to use my own streaming apps. the light in the room was very weak.

amazing stay! loved it!

fantastic location spacious double room clean room helpful staff

the location is fantastic, it is close to many museums and central areas, so i could walk everywhere. the room was very comfy and tidy, just what i needed after long days (i really appreciated it). the front desk staff were helpful.

the room lacked a mini fridge, which would have been useful for storing drinks and snacks. it's a very small detail, but it could enhance the stay.

the staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any questions or requests i had. they maintained a helpful and pleasant attitude throughout my stay (especially one staff member i spoke to several times).

while the hotel doesn't have its own dining facilities, there are many nice bakeries and coffee shops nearby. it's very easy to find a spot for breakfast or a quick bite just steps from the hotel.

Charming Stay Near Vondelpark

helpful staff great location hotel atmosphere

The staff was amazing , I really appreciated their kindness and helpfulness . I found the location greatjust a short walk from various attractions. I appreciated the ease of using the hotel's app , and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant.

Our double room consisted of two twin beds pushed together. This configuration resulted in a noticeable , uncomfortable dip in the middle , which was quite disappointing.

The room felt new with a good shower, and the mattress and bedding were comfortable. I found a nice mix of modern design with classic elements in the room. I appreciated the spacious layout.

The hotel is located in a quiet area right next to Vondelpark, offering good options for exploration. It has walking distance to shops , bars , a large beautiful park , and restaurants. I loved that I could open the balcony door.

The staff was friendly , particularly Lily, who was very helpful. The personnel at the front desk were also super nice. I think it was the best service from hotel employees , they did their best.
